Mercedes ServiceCard GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as MSC) is a group company of Daimler Truck AG. MSC is the card issuer and contractual partner.
The cards entitle the holder to use services such as roadside assistance, repairs and maintenance and to purchase vehicle parts in the pan-European Mercedes-Benz Trucks and OMNIplus service network within the scope of a credit limit granted. MSC provides the Daimler Truck Customer Center (DTCC) with the card data for rapid roadside assistance. MSC takes care of the payment processing between customers and workshops.
