I have received a letter from UTA cancelling my current service card. What should I do now?

Do you want to continue using the facilitated on-the-road assistance in the event of breakdowns and workshop visits in the Mercedes-Benz trucks and buses service network? Then fill out the application directly online (> card application).

How can I apply for the new service card?

It is that easy: fill out the online application. Upon receipt of the fully completed and signed online application, the data is checked. Correct data entry is important for correct invoicing. 
To be able to use the card in the Daimler Truck service network, a one-time registration in the customer portal is required. After successful data verification, you will automatically receive a registration link.

What will change with the new service card?

Nothing will change for you regarding the previously available services.

With the free service card, you benefit from a facilitated processing of your workshop invoices in any of the 2,200 Daimler Truck service partners in 36 European countries.

New: Since September 1st, you can use the customer portal. In the portal, we offer you numerous 24/7 self-service functions so that you can view your customer and card data quickly and flexibly. Digital invoice download is also possible via the portal.

I currently have many cards. Do I have to fill in a separate application for each card?

No, you don't. Please complete the online card application once.

If you wish, you can also send us a list of your fleet including the card identifications of your choice to info@mercedesservicecard.com.

I still have remaining voucher on my old service card. What do I need to do to transfer the credit balance as of 1 September to my new service card?

Complete the online application. As soon as the new contract has been concluded with Mercedes ServiceCard GmbH & Co. KG, the existing balance will be transferred to your new card account. We will let you know when the credit is available on your new service card.
